Chapter E-Web Initiative
This group will serve as an official vehicle to ensure chapters are receiving the electronic communications released from the regional board. It was proposed by your Southern Regional Director of Publicity as a tool to ensure chapters are receiving electronic communication from the board. It was approved by the board on 9/19/2003.
ONLY chapters in the Southern Region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and the Bahamas) are allowed to join.
The extended deadline for adding your chapter to the group is March 31, 2004.
This is the Southern Regional board mandated chapter e-group for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. It was voted on and approved unanimously by the board.
To join this group, each chapter MUST create an email address with the chapter name clearly stated in it. The email account belongs to the chapter instead of a brother in the chapter. For Example: LambdaSigmaChapter@yahoo.com or hotmail.com, or excite.com, etc.
The Regional Secretary, the various State Directors, and the Regional Director of Publicity will maintain lists of all the chapter email accounts for verification and authenticity.
